(1) Do a good job in daily cleaning of the mesh roller. After working for a whole day, there is still a lot of ink accumulation at the bottom of the mesh hole of the mesh roller. If the ink in the mesh hole is not cleaned in time, it will be very difficult to clean it again when the ink dries up at the bottom of the mesh hole. Thoroughly clean the ink in the mesh hole. (2) Regularly clean the mesh roller thoroughly. Even if the daily cleaning work of the mesh roller is done well, it is inevitable that ink residue will remain at the bottom of the mesh hole and dry up. This phenomenon can be clearly seen under a high-power magnifying glass. ③ It is necessary to ensure the sealing of the ink supply system and preferably install a filtering device (120 mesh or 140 mesh) at the ink inlet. A well maintained mesh roller with a clear surface, consistent color and luster, no obvious color spots, and no obvious scratches or damage observed under backlight; Improper maintenance of the mesh roller results in a blurry and dull surface with obvious color spots. If there are scratches or damages, they can be seen by backlighting. Observing under a high-power magnifying glass, it is clear at a glance whether the mesh hole is clean or not. Manufacturers with conditions can also use a density meter to test and evaluate the density of the printing site, which can determine whether the anilox roller is clean.
